1. 本地測試版本・商戶待確認草案Local test version · Draft for merchant confirmation
草案日期：2026 年 10 月 10 日。本網站目前僅供本地功能測試，展示的商品、售價及訂單不構成真實出售或供貨承諾。所有支付均為模擬支付或 Stripe 測試支付，不收取真實款項、不安排出貨。本協議及相關政策尚待商戶確認，並未經律師審核；正式營運前須另行核實及公布適用安排。
Draft dated 10 October 2026. This website is currently a local functional demonstration. Displayed products, prices and orders are not actual offers for sale or commitments to supply. Payments are simulated or processed in Stripe test mode; no real money is charged and no goods are dispatched. These terms and related policies require merchant confirmation and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Applicable arrangements must be verified and published before live trading.
2. 網站主體及服務範圍Site identity and scope
本測試網站按提供的公司資料展示 香港洛珀有限公司 / HONG KONG LOPER LIMITED，提供商品瀏覽、購物車、測試結算、帳戶及訂單查詢功能。聯絡電郵：hkloper@outlook.com；電話：5928 9136。其他公司站點各自管理其帳戶及訂單，本網站的訂單不會自動成為其他站點的訂單。
This demonstration displays 香港洛珀有限公司 / HONG KONG LOPER LIMITED using the supplied company information and provides browsing, a basket, test checkout, accounts and order history. Contact email: hkloper@outlook.com; telephone: 5928 9136. Other company sites manage their own accounts and orders; an order here does not automatically become an order on another site.
3. 帳戶及體驗資料Accounts and demonstration data
請妥善保管私人帳戶密碼，不得冒用他人身分或嘗試查閱他人訂單。公開體驗帳戶由測試者共用，任何使用該帳戶的人均可能看到其中的訂單；請只填寫虛構的測試姓名、電話及地址，切勿提交身分證號碼、醫療資料、真實卡資料或其他敏感資料。如需測試私人訂單隔離，請另行註冊測試帳戶。
Keep private account passwords secure. Do not impersonate others or attempt to access another person's orders. The public demonstration account is shared: anyone using it may see its orders. Use fictional test names, telephone numbers and addresses only. Do not submit identity numbers, medical information, real card details or other sensitive information. Register a separate test account to test private order isolation.
4. 價格、訂單及貨幣Prices, orders and currency
本網站以港幣 HKD／HK$ 顯示示範價格。提交前可在購物車及結算頁核對商品、數量及測試總額。系統以伺服器上的商品價格計算金額並保存訂單快照；測試成功頁及訂單編號只確認測試流程，不表示已接受真實交易、保證庫存或承諾交貨。正式銷售的運費、稅費及交貨安排須在收款前清楚列明。
Demonstration prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars, HKD / HK$. Review items, quantities and the test total in the basket and checkout before submission. The server calculates prices and saves an order snapshot. A test success page and order number confirm the test flow only; they do not establish a live sale, guarantee stock or promise delivery. Shipping charges, taxes and delivery arrangements must be clearly disclosed before any live payment.
5. 測試付款Test payments
未設定 Stripe 測試服務時，使用內置模擬支付頁。啟用 Stripe 測試模式後，支付資料在 Stripe 托管頁面輸入，請只使用指定測試卡。本商店不儲存完整卡號或 CVC。付款失敗不等於付款成功；請以訂單中已核實的測試狀態為準。無論畫面顯示多少測試金額，實際收款均為 HK$0。
The built-in simulated payment page is used when Stripe testing is not configured. When Stripe test mode is enabled, payment information is entered on Stripe's hosted page; use designated test cards only. This store does not retain full card numbers or CVCs. A failed payment is not a successful payment; refer to the verified test status in your order. The actual amount charged is HK$0 regardless of the displayed test amount.
6. 商品展示及合理使用Product displays and acceptable use
商品名稱、規格、示範價格及授權素材圖片用於測試，不代表已核實的品牌授權、原產地、認證、療效或真實庫存。營養補充劑、草本及個人護理展示不提供診斷或治療建議。請勿上載惡意程式、違法內容、他人的敏感資料或破壞網站的請求。
Product names, specifications, demonstration prices and licensed illustrative images are for testing. They do not establish verified brand authorisation, origin, certification, therapeutic effects or actual stock. Supplement, herbal and personal-care displays do not provide diagnosis or treatment advice. Do not submit malware, unlawful content, another person's sensitive information or requests intended to disrupt the site.
7. 服務限制及法定責任Service limitations and statutory liability
測試服務可能因維護而暫停，測試記錄可能按私隱政策清理，因此不適合作為正式採購或業務記錄系統。我們不保證測試服務持續無中斷或完全無誤。責任的成立及範圍須依香港適用法律判斷；本協議不排除或限制依法不可排除的責任，包括欺詐、因疏忽造成死亡或人身傷害的責任，亦不剝奪消費者的法定權利。
Testing may be interrupted for maintenance, and test records may be cleared under the privacy policy. The site is unsuitable for actual procurement or business record keeping. Uninterrupted or error-free test service is not guaranteed. Liability is determined under applicable Hong Kong law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and do not remove statutory consumer rights.
8. 香港法律、爭議及版本Hong Kong law, disputes and versions
本協議適用香港特別行政區法律，香港法院具有非專屬管轄權，但不影響法律賦予消費者的強制性權利或其他可用申訴途徑。如有問題，請先以 hkloper@outlook.com 或 5928 9136 聯絡我們。政策修訂會更新日期，不會以事後修訂削減已產生的法定權利。中英文版本應作一致解讀；如有歧義，應以適用法律及合理保障消費者權益的方式處理。
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights or other available complaint channels. The Chinese and English texts are intended to be consistent; ambiguity will be addressed under applicable law with reasonable protection of consumer interests.
